Alabama is 5-1 this season and coming off a 26-20 win over Texas A&M last weekend. The Crimson Tide will likely need to win this if they are going to make the SEC Championship and potentially the college football playoff.

Ahead of their Week 7 matchup against Arkansas, let's examine the current status of the Crimson Tide's players.

Alabama only has two players on the injury report, punter James Burnip and cornerback Malachi Moore are on the injury report.

Jalen Milroe's injury update

Jalen Milroe is the Alabama Crimson Tide's starting quarterback and is not on the injury report as he will be starting on Saturday.

Milroe has started to find success, and Nick Saban didn't mince words while praising his quarterback. He said:

"I think his confidence, relationships and understanding with his coaches of exactly what he needs to do as a player has gone way up. And I think that is what has helped his performance."

"I mean the guy is a talented guy," Saban said. "He can throw the ball accurately down the field. He's a real athlete. He can extend plays. He can make plays with his feet. So, this progression, that we kind of needed for him to play quarterback has been really, really exponentially improving week-by-week."

Malachi Moore's injury update

Malachi Moore left last week's game due to an ankle injury and he is officially listed as questionable ahead of Alabama's Week 7 game against Arkansas.

Moore has recorded 28 tackles and one interception this season. Nick Saban has called him a game-time decision.

James Burnip's injury update

James Burnip has been the Crimson Tide's starting punter but left last week's game due to a leg injury. Nick Saban is calling Burnip a game-time decision against Arkansas.

If Burnip can't go, kicker Will Reichard is expected to handle the punting duties, as he did last week.
