Sanders had the most pass attempts and pass completions among the Browns' QBs on Tuesday. Only Kenny Pickett threw more touchdowns (3) than Sanders.

Although Sanders has been linked with the Browns' QB1 role, he will want to continue with his good run in the offseason to get the best chance of getting the starting berth for the franchise.

The Browns took Sanders with the No. 144 pick in this year's NFL draft. He was the second QB they selected after taking Dillon Gabriel with the No. 94 pick.

Many believed that the Browns could start Joe Flacco for the 2025 season. However, Sanders and Pickett appear to be doing well at the mandatory minicamp.

Even Sanders' teammate, cornerback Greg Newsome II, praised the rookie quarterback.

"He’s been amazing," Newsome said on NFL Network's "Good Morning Football." "It’s just crazy a guy this young with this much notoriety can just handle media and things like that. ... He's been doing an incredible job of just learning and getting better each day."
