Colorado Buffaloes offensive tackle Jordan Seaton has made a major career move ahead of the 2025 college football season. Seaton became a star offensive tackle for the Buffaloes' last season, as he was the first true freshman to start at left tackle in school history. He will be a key piece of the Buffaloes' 2025 offensive line.

But ahead of the season, Seaton is giving back as he is set to hold a football camp in his hometown of Washington, D.C., to help prospects get noticed by colleges.

"Yeah, 'cause I’m going to have a camp back home, and I need all the young lions. This ain’t no typical, you know, like your average camp," Seaton said Wednesday, via Athlon Sports. "This is a one-on-one, what's in the bag, elite football camp. Like, put your family on the map. Put your name on the map. Put your city on the map."

Seaton was arguably the best offensive lineman for Deion Sanders' team in 2024. He logged 809 snaps, which was the most out of any offensive lineman for the Buffaloes' last season. He allowed just three sacks in 612 pass-blocking snaps.

Seaton's successful year earned him Freshman All-American honors from various publications.

Jordan Seaton is expected to start at left tackle for Colorado again this season.

Insider praises Deion Sanders' ability to recruit

When Deion Sanders took the job at Colorado, the Buffaloes were one of the worst teams in college football.

However, Sanders has helped turn the program around, as Colorado made a bowl game last season. "Coach Prime" has done well with recruiting, and college football insider Joel Klatt praised Colorado's job of landing top recruits.

“Deion has done a really great job, whether it’s been in the portal or in high school, recruiting to try to reload, they need to continue to get better at the line of scrimmage," Klatt said, via SI.

"I don’t see them taking a huge step back, maybe a small one. So two things. One, they’ve recruited at a very high level, and they’ve brought in a couple of quarterbacks, Kaidon Salter, a quarterback transfer from Liberty. And they also got Julian Lewis, who decommitted from USC.”

Colorado has hopes of competing for a playoff spot and a Big 12 title this season.

Sanders and the Buffaloes open their season on Aug. 29 against Georgia Tech.
