J.J. McCarthy and other former Michigan players couldn't be more thankful to their 2023 national championship-winning head coach, Jim Harbaugh.
The undefeated 15-0 run right up to the big prize in the 2023 CFB season has created a soft spot in the heart of these NFL-bound athletes. They expressed their gratitude for Harbaugh in an Instagram reel uploaded by the University of Michigan.
Speaking first was the 21-year-old quarterback from Illinois who said,
"Thank you Coach Harbaugh for showing me the way, being the leader of men that you are. Beyond a blessing to be a part of your journey and have you as a part of mine, and I just can't thank you enough from the bottom of my heart. I love you coach."
It will be a dream come true for J.J. McCarthy if he is selected by Jim Harbaugh to join the LA Chargers in the 2024 NFL Draft.

The Los Angeles Chargers secured Jim Harbaugh from Michigan as their new head coach. Wasting no time, the former Michigan man has already started making an impact in Los Angeles.
