"Is there anybody else that wanna tap out?": $45 million worth Deion Sanders hypes up Colorado squad during intense workout

Deion Sanders, Colorado
Deion Sanders oversaw an intense training session in the buildup to the Spring games.

Deion Sanders is going all in with the Colorado Buffaloes while preparing for the 2024 college football season. The Spring games are coming up in a few days and will be a perfect stage to gauge the progress. In a video shared by ‘Well Off Media', Coach Prime can be seen hyping up the boys as the workout intensified.

Sanders didn't have a great first season in Boulder, finishing dead last in the Pac-12 conference. 2024 is supposed to be tougher for the program due to its transition to the Big 12 and thus the need for even more intense workouts and training for the team. In light of this, the NFL legend decided to ask his squad an important question.

“I’m gonna ask for one last time, is there anybody else who wants to tap out? I say that everyday and what happens? Somebody taps. Is there anybody else who wants to tap out?” Sanders was heard asking his players.

The Spring games are scheduled for April 27 at the Folsom Field in Boulder and it is expected to be a sold-out affair. Apart from the scrimmage, there is also a talent show and a dinner with the donors and alumni. On top of it, rapper Lil Wayne is also coming to perform for the crowd. The annual spring showpiece has gotten bigger with a showman like Coach Prime, who has a $45 million net worth according to Celebrity Net Worth, running the show.

Deion Sanders defended his recruitment strategy featuring Shilo and Shedeur Sanders

Deion Sanders' transfer portal approach has come under scrutiny after it was disclosed that Shedeur and Shilo are reaching out to players via Instagram DMs to recruit them to play for Colorado.

Speaking on the issue, he defended the way he involved his sons in the process.

“I think the most prominent players at every program are probably your best recruiters. I wish you could have a conversation with Shedeur and just tell him to just show you his (direct messages) one time. You would not believe the kids that call him and call Shilo, because they’re high-profile young men,” Coach Prime said on the matter.

The effectiveness of the strategy as the new season approaches is yet to be determined.
