Michigan State Spartans wide receiver Montorie Foster Jr. is listed as probable with an undisclosed injury.
Foster Jr. is entering his senior year and fourth season at Michigan State. The wide receiver decided to stay with Michigan State instead of transferring this offseason as some thought he might.
In an interview with Sports Illustrated, Foster Jr. said:
"Just the offense," Foster Jr. said, via SI. "We got Aidan Chiles, I can't wait to play with him and make plays. Just everything around it -- coaching staff, just our culture around here has just been a lot better, And just being able to grow as a player, grow as a man, it's been great."
Last season at Michigan State, Foster Jr. recorded 43 receptions for 576 yards and three touchdowns.
FAU injury report
FAU has two players on the injury report ahead of their Week 1 game, with both players being ruled out.
Wide receiver BJ Alexander is out with an undisclosed injury. Alexander is entering his third year at FAU. Last season, he recorded 10 receptions for 104 yards and one touchdown.
Cornerback Logic Hudgens is also ruled out with an undisclosed injury. Hudgens transferred to FAU after three years at the University of Buffalo. In his last season with the Bulls, he had 11 tackles.
