Ohio State QB Eli Brickhandler's wife Sean Kelly shows off postpartum body with "stretchy skin" while encouraging positivity

Last month, the Ohio State Buckeyes acquired quarterback Eli Brickhandler through the transfer portal. In August 2024, he and his wife, Sean Kelly, welcomed their first child together. Apart from taking strides in his football career, Brickhandler is navigating through life as a first-time parent. The quarterback married Kelly in December 2024.

On Thursday, Eli Brickhandler's wife talked about the effects of postpartum while showing off the toll it took on her body. Sean Kelly accompanied the post with some words of motivation while encouraging body positivity.

"First summer postpartum looks a little different," Kelly wrote. "Stretchy skin, solf belly, cellultie I used to hid. ... and now? I'm learning to let it breathe.

"Not because I'm fully confident every day, but because this body made life. It held, grew, and delivered the sweeetest little human- and that's worth honoring, not hiding. If you're a new or young mom too, maybe you've looked in the mirror this summer and felt unfamiliar with your reflection. I feel that."

"But I'm also realizing: every mark, every change, is a reminder of how strong we are. This season, I'm not chasing a 'snap back'- I'm chasing presence. Sunlight. Memories. Ease. You're not alone in the healing, in the adjusting, in the 'figuring it out.' We're in this together."

Eli Brickhandler spent last season with the Houston Christian Huskies. Before that, he spent two years with North Carolina AT&T.

During the 2024 campaign, the quarterback recorded 557 yards and four TDs passing for the Huskies. He will now compete in a quarterback room that boasts Julian Sayin and 2025 recruit Tavien St.Clair in Columbus.

Eli Brickhandler's wife, Sean Kelly, shares video on moving to Columbus

After Eli Brickhandler announced his decision to join the Ohio State Buckeyes, his wife shared a clip highlighting their preparations to move to Columbus.

Eli showcased the effort she put into preparing her husband's home in Columbus. She did the laundry and also cleaned up the apartment and getting the living area ready.

"Go bucks & hello Ohio. Just a small clip of getting the apartment ready! This will be my 3rd summer of football with my husband so lots of fun heading into the fall," Kelly wrote in the caption.
