The Colorado Buffaloes, led by quarterback Shedeur Sanders, recorded a comprehensive 34-7 win against the Arizona Wildcats in Tuscon during their Week 8 clash, bouncing back from the narrow Week 7 loss to the Kansas State Wildcats. In the game, Sanders completed 23-of-33 for 250 yards, resulting in two touchdowns and two interceptions while also adding a rushing touchdown.
During Monday's episode of ESPN's "College Football," analyst Jason Aidoo compared Shedeur to NBA legend, Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry when talking about the quarterback's throwing accuracy.
"One thing I have said about Shedeur, obviously it helps when you have a great quarterback," Aidoo said. "He reminds me of Steph Curry in terms of when that ball goes up in the air, you feel really confident that it's going to be on target and not only is he able to make target-on-target throws, check out how he uses his legs."

Shedeur Sanders inspires debate among analysts
During last week's episode of "The Herd," Fox Sports analyst Colin Cowherd broke down the reasons why he thought that Shedeur Sanders was the most talented quarterback in the class of 2025 while comparing him to his closest competitors including Miami Hurricanes star Cam Ward.
"I watched Shedeur Sanders and I think it's pretty obvious that's the No. 1 pick for a couple of reasons," Cowherd said. "Quinn Ewers, I like him [but] he's hurt again, I don't love that. Like Sam Bradford, hurt in college, hurt in the pros. Cam Ward, he feels small, I've fallen for this before. Shedeur Sanders is the same height and I never think about his height."
Cowherd's fellow Fox Sports analyst Joel Klatt disagreed with his characterization of Shedeur against his competitors sharing which aspect he feels the maverick Colorado quarterback falls short in order to be considered elite.
"I just don't think he's [Sanders] separated like what you're trying to suggest," Klatt said. "He very well may be the first pick, I think Shedeur Sanders is such a better player than he gets credit for... There are two things that I think he needs to get better at. Number one, he's got to quit holding onto the football, he's allergic to incompletions so he doesn't want to throw the football away."
The opinions on Shedeur and the quarterback class of 2025 are likely to continue changing right until the end of the season as the Buffs QB continues to lead an unlikely Colorado charge for Big 12 honors.
