Deiondra Sanders and her fiancée Jacquees were in attendance at AT&T stadium for the New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving game on Thursday. Although the Cowboys won the game 27-20, Jacquees took a cheeky dig at Deion Sanders' former team before the matchup.
In a video that he posted on his Instagram story, Jaquees mocked both, the Cowboys and the Giants for their struggles this season.
"Happy Thanksgiving," Jacquees said while holding up an ice cream. "I'm at the Cowboys game, and the Giants. We're about to see the winner of the losers."
Sanders played just under five years with the Cowboys and was a critical member of the team that won the Super Bowl in 1996. The iconic cornerback, who also played as a return specialist, was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011.
Notably, the Cowboys have not won another Super Bowl since Sanders left the team. They have also struggled to get things right this season and are virtually out of the playoff race.
Although Jacquees appeared to mock the Cowboys for their underwhelming season thus far, Dallas has been linked with Sanders. Coach Prime has done a fine job at Colorado this season and there have been rumors suggesting that the Cowboys might look to replace coach Mike McCarthy with Sanders next season.
Sanders, on the other hand, has been clear that he plans to continue at Colorado.
Deiondra Sanders and Jacquees have been attending Colorado games at Folsom Field to support Coach Prime
Deiondra Sanders and Jacquees have been attending Colorado games at Folsom Field together in recent weeks to support Coach Prime and his team. Deiondra's half-brothers Shedeur (quarterback) and Shilo (defensive back) are also key players on the Buffs roster.
Deiondra also uploads vlogs of her outings at Folsom Field on her YouTube channel. Jacquees has also admitted that he now is a big supporter of Colorado since the Sanders have made him feel like family.
The Buffs will host Oklahoma State in their final regular-season game on Friday. Deiondra and Jacquees are likely to travel to Colorado to attend the matchup and spend time with the family.
