Garrett Nussmeier's girlfriend did not shy away from sharing her true feelings for a special person in her life. On the occasion of her younger sister's 21st birthday, Ella Springfield shared a heartwarming message via her Instagram story to wish her sister on her special day.

In the story, Garrett Nussmeier's girlfriend shared a photo of the two and wrote a lengthy and heartwarming caption.

"Happy 21st to my not so little sis," Springfield wrote. "From the moment I met you, you have brought nothing but love and joy into my life. You keep me grounded and are my rock.
"Thank you for being such a huge light in everyone's life and always keeping it real. Your love for the people and you and Jesus is so inspiring. I love you so so so much my girl. Forever grateful for you Z."

Garrett Nussmeier's girlfriend also studied at LSU. She graduated this offseason and shared snippets of her celebrations on Instagram. Her boyfriend, who is the QB1 for the LSU Tigers, accompanied her to the celebrations.

Garrett Nussmeier has been with the Tigers since 2021. After redshirting his freshman campaign, the quarterback spent the next two years with limited time on the field. However, following Jayden Daniels' exit in the 2024 NFL draft, Nussmeier was named as the team's starting quarterback.

Last season, during his debut as QB1, he led the Tigers to a 9-4 record and a Texas Bowl victory over the Baylor Bears. Garrett Nussmeier recorded 4,052 yards and 29 TDs passing. As he gears up for 2025, Tigers head coach Brian Kelly believes in the quarterback's abilities to emerge as a threat in the SEC.

Nussmeier's dad has been one of his strongest pillars of support. So, on the occasion of Father's Day, the quarterback expressed his love for him with a post on social media.

On his Instagram story, Nussmeier shared a photo of himself with his dad from the archives. He accompanied it with some words of affirmation.

"HAPPY FATHERS DAY POPS LOVE YOU!!!! THANKFUL FOR ALL YOU DO," Nussmeier wrote.

Nussmeier has one year remaining with the Tigers before transitioning to the league. Several experts and analysts project him to be a first-round pick in the 2026 NFL draft.
