#1 Stuart Binny

England v India: Carlton Mid ODI Tri Series - Game 6
Binny did not turn out to be the all-rounder that India was looking for

The Karnataka-born lad was once looked upon to be the perfect all-rounder that India was looking for. However, things did not work out and Binny finds himself out of the reckoning today.

Binny first came into limelight in the 2013 IPL after his spectacular performances for the Rahul Dravid-led Rajasthan Royals. Soon, he went on to receive his maiden ODI cap in January 2014 at Hamilton. Later the same year came that famous spell of 6/4 when he ran through the Bangladesh batting line-up single-handedly.

After that, things have been pretty tough for Stuart and he did not look like cementing his place for the next two years. He has been expensive with the ball and failed to provide finishing touches with the bat. With India having an all-rounder as fine as Hardik Pandya, India are unlikely to pick Binny again.
