Batsmen with more than 8000 runs in ODI wins

#4 Kumar Sangakkara- 8301 runs (Sri Lanka/Asia XI)

Kumar Sangakkara was one of the greatest batsmen to have come out of Sri Lanka. Known for his elegant stroke-play and ever reliable wicket-keeping skills, Sangakkara represented the island nation and the Asia XI side in 404 ODIs in a career spanning 15 years from 2000 to 2015. He is also one of the few batsmen who own the record of scoring 10000 runs in both ODIs and Tests.

Sangakkara contributed heavily towards his side's victories.He has scored 8301 runs from 10104 deliveries at an average of 48.54 including 54 fifties and 18 hundreds. His highest ODI score of 169 was scored when he smashed the South African bowlers all around the park at Colombo (RPS) on 20th July, 2013.

Post retirement from international cricket, Sanga represented Surrey in the English County Championship and scored heaps of runs for them.
