#4 Andre Russell

The beast from Jamaica packs quite a punch lower down the order and is a tricky customer to deal with at the death, be it with bat or ball. He was handed a one-year ban in 2017 but returned in style and scored more than 300 runs and picked up 13 wickets from 16 matches for the Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2018. His strike-rate was 184.79 this year.

Russell has played for a large number of T20 teams around the world, and his career strike-rate is recorded to be 167.35. That is a fantastic figure, considering he has played 268 matches.

Not many might know, but Russell also has two T20 hundreds to his name.

#3 Colin de Grandhomme

The Royal Challengers Bangalore saw a lot of potential in the Kiwi all-rounder and acquired him last season. His numbers in T20s suggest why he was such a hot property.

In his 11-year T20 career where he has played 168 games, de Grandhomme has a strike-rate of 167.87 and has scored 2728 runs. He can give the ball a hard thwack and is famous for his far-reaching sixes.

He is also a very handy medium pacer who can be used in the middle-overs or at the death.
