Indian skipper Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma finally tied the knot on December 11, 2017, in a secluded ceremony at Borgo Finocchieto in Italy's Tuscany, after four years of courtship.

After falling for each other during the shoot of a shampoo commercial in 2013, 'Virushka', as the celebrity couple is affectionately called by their fans, has been a story of true love which has seen them overcome tough times and bond together as an adorable couple.

Staying together and backing each other even when they had reportedly broken up for a brief period, Virat and Anushka have set a near-perfect example of a modern-day love story, giving major relationship goals to couples in love.

#5 Not shying away from acknowledging their love for each other

While Kohli and Anushka have asked their privacy to be respected during the course of their relationship and rightly so, they have been different from other celebrity couples with regards to not shying away from acknowledging their love for each other.

Clicked together at Kohli's birthday bash, at the launch of his fashion line and so on, the cricketer reluctantly admitted to the media that he was indeed dating Anushka but let the world know how much his lady love meant to him.

During an ODI against Sri Lanka at Hyderabad in November 2014, Kohli blew a flying kiss to the stands where Anushka was cheering on after completing his half-century in what was the first public display of affection from Virushka.

He was even spotted doing grocery shopping along with Anushka when they were vacationing in New York as well as taking a romantic stroll while they were in Australia during India's tour Down Under in 2014/15.
