Kinchit Shah top-scored for them with a 32-ball 34, but it was Haroon Arshad's unbeaten 14-ball 27 that injected impetus into the Hong Kong innings. Thereafter, veteran spinner Ehsan Khan picked up three wickets and restricted Singapore.
