This is a very unique record. When Gayle scored 215 against Zimbabwe, he became the only cricketer in the world to have scored a T20I century, an ODI double hundred and a Test triple hundred!
No other batsman has beaten this record. The only batsman who came close was Virender Sehwag, who had two triple hundred in Tests and an ODI double hundred, but not a T20I hundred.
