Cornerstone Sport sign a deal with Ishant Sharma

Following Ishant Sharma’s match-winning spell against England at Lord’s in the just concluded Test match, Cornerstone Sport and Entertainment Private Limited, impressed with his spectacular showing, has signed a deal with the 25-year-old pacer to look after his Reputation Management, Brand Endorsements, Commercial Engagements and Appearances, reports confirm.

After coming to an agreement, Ishant said: “I’m happy to have Cornerstone to represent me exclusively. The agency is much known for its work and is efficient enough to deliver on their promise. I am happy to be on board and be a part as a family member.”

Indian national players like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan and Under-19 sensations Vijay Zol and Smit Patel are some of the notable names managed by Cornerstone.

Bunty Sajdeh, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cornerstone, said: “While Cricket has always and continues to be a batsman’s game, we decided to sign Ishant — our first bowler! Though he’s been around for several years he’s only 25, it’s time he lives up to his talent and expectations and we in turn hope we can make a positive impact on his career as well.”
