Every year we witness some new talent who throw a huge impact in the cricketing season. IPL has been a great platform for the youngsters to showcase their skills against world-class cricketers. IPL has also played a significant role in bringing out players like KL Rahul and Yuzvendra Chahal.

The BCCI is always in search of players who can represent the country in the future. They just monitor all those players and the consistent ones make it through.

The 18-year lad has played 6 matches and scored 214 runs at an exceptional average of 35.67 and a sensational strike rate of 163.36. He has 2 half centuries under his bag against Kolkata Knight Riders and Sunrisers Hyderabad respectively. Shaw has also been exceptional in the first class cricket where he has scored 1012 runs in his 10 matches at a sensational average of 56.22 which includes 5 centuries.

#3 Krunal Pandya

Pandya has been an extraordinary all-rounder for Mumbai Indians

Krunal Pandya has immensely contributed for Mumbai Indians in the past few seasons. His exceptional all-rounder skills have helped the team to reach all of their successes in the recent times.

Pandya has played 11 matches in this IPL edition where he has scored 189 runs at a thunderous strike rate of 152.41. Furthermore, he has also bagged 11 wickets at an impressive economy of 7.06. #4 Mayank Markande

Markande has troubled the batsmen with his spin variations

The U-19 star has been exceptional for Kolkata Knight Riders this season. Gill received the Man of the Tournament award in the U-19 World Cup 2018. He has stood up to the expectations of the team and has played crucial knocks for the team.

Gill has played 8 matches in this season and scored 129 runs at an impressive average of 32.25 and a splendid strike rate of 137.23. Apart from IPL, he was exceptional in the U-19 World Cup 2018 where he was adjudged as the Man of the Tournament. Being the vice-captain of the U-19 team, he scored 372 runs at an exceptional average of 124.

Gill can receive a national call-up and could be experimented for the No.4 spot in the ODIs. He would be looking forward to playing a few more blistering knocks in order to get a place in the Indian team.
