CWI B Team used eight bowling options

In a T20 game, we often see captains and teams preferring to have six proper full-time bowling options so that it gives them variety and helps them have a backup for someone having an off day. However, we rarely see more than six bowlers being used in a T20 game.

However, something unique happened in this game as the CWI B Team used eight bowling options. In the last two games, they used seven bowlers but here they went a step ahead and used eight bowlers.

While opening bowlers Kavem Hodge and Derval Green began proceedings of the WPH innings and bowled three overs each. Obed McCoy and Justin Greaves were the bowlers who bowled their quota of four overs and shared four wickets between them.

Khary Pierre and Shamar Springer bowled one over each while Sherfane Rutherford and Fabian Allen bowled two each.

The opening bowlers Hodge and Green along with Allen were the most economical bowlers as the others went for over eight runs an over.
