Jimmy ‘Banter’ Neesham

James Douglas Sheahan "Jimmy" Neesham or as we would like to call him Jimmy ‘Banter’ Neesham is an entertainer on social media. He is often seen interacting with his fans and has never been shy of owning the trolls and goblins of the internet when needed.

An exciting prospect, the 25-year old cricketer made his Test debut against India last year where he would score 137*. He would then go on to score yet another century in his second Test, thus becoming the first ever New Zealand cricketer to score successive 100s in his first two matches.

Meanwhile, getting back to him being a great personality on social media, here are a few testimonials that will back the claims of him being the funniest cricketer on the Internet:

Fear of spiders is arachnophobia. Fear of tight spaces is claustrophobia. Fear of bowling to AB is logic.

His reply when asked to compare Test records of Kumar Sangakkara and Sachin Tendulkar

The following tweet/reply by Neesham was downright hilarious, and it was reposted on our official page with a meme by one of the admins.

Sangakkara was tall and left handed, Sachin was short and right handed. https://t.co/8ESUKk9kjg

What surprised us more than seeing Neesham commenting himself on the post was him engaging with most of our fans in the same thread.
