South Africa:

Aiden Markram: 6/10

The South African skipper had a good start with the bat. He scored a confident 32 off 42 balls, however, he lost his wicket to the quality of Kuldeep and Dhoni. As a captain, he wasn't able to stop Kohli from getting his 34th century which led to them scoring a hefty total of 303.

Hashim Amla: 1/10

Amla hasn't had the best series and was poor in this match as well. He scored a single run, before being trapped in front of the wicket by Bumrah's amazing bowling. Lack of runs from Amla has clearly affected the entire team and he will hope to come back in the next match.

JP Duminy: 7.5/10

He was the best player in the South African team. With the ball, he took two crucial wickets of Rahane and Dhawan. He bowled 10 overs and conceded 60 runs for 2 wickets. With the bat, he scored a half-century, before getting dismissed by Chahal. He scored a fighting 51 in 67 deliveries and formed a good partnership with the skipper.

Heinrich Klaasen: 5/10

The debutant didn't have the best time with the bat. He was able to score only six runs off 12 balls before getting losing his wicket to Chahal. He had a good day behind the stumps however, as he took three catches.

David Miller: 6/10

The hard-hitting Miller had to play a slow innings under the given circumstances. He scored a fighting 25 off 42 deliveries and tried to give South Africa a chance to win the third ODI. However, he started to get impatient and lost his wicket to Bumrah.

Khaya Zondo: 5/10

He tried hard to settle and provide stability after the fall of wickets. However, he was struggling against the Indian spinners and the pace attack. He scored 17 off 38 deliveries before trying to hit Chahal for a boundary that cost him his wicket.

Chris Morris: 5/10

The South African all-rounder bowled well in his 9 overs. He conceded 45 runs and took the wicket of Pandya. However, with the bat, he fell victim to Kuldeep's brilliance as he scored 14 off 10 balls.

Andile Phehlukwayo: 4/10

He bowled 6 overs and conceded 42 runs, which also included the wicket of Jadhav. With the bat, he was able to score only 3 runs off 8 deliveries before the skill of Kuldeep took his wicket.

Kagiso Rabada: 5/10

The young speedster looked aggressive and took the wicket of Rohit. He bowled 10 overs conceding 54 runs and bowled a good line and length.

Imran Tahir: 5/10

The most experienced bowler in the South African camp, Tahir bowled well, as he gave 52 runs in his 9 overs, including the wicket of Dhoni.

Lungi Ngidi: 3.5/10

The debutant didn't have the best start to his limited-overs career. He only bowled six overs and conceded 47 runs. He was the only bowler to not get a wicket in the South African lineup.
