Indian Wheelchair Premier League 2025: Full schedule, squads, match timings, and live-streaming details

The much-awaited Indian Wheelchair Premier League (IWPL) 2025 is set to take place from June 8 to 14 at the Bal Bhawan International School at Dwarka in New Delhi. The tournament has been played since 2018, and is back for its sixth edition. It is a collaboration between the Ek Mutthi Trust and the Divyang Cricket Control Board of India (DCCBI).

Mumbai Titans, Rajasthan Kings, Uttarakhand Challengers, Delhi Dabang, Hyderabad Hurricane, Madhya Pradesh Avengers, Uttar Pradesh Heroes and Haryana Yodhas are the eight participating teams. Ramesh Sartape, Rehman Khan, Vikas Kumar, Sunil Choudhary, Ramavath Koteshwar, Shailendra Yadav, Lalit Pathak and Vinod Thakur are the respective captains.

The teams are divided into two groups, each with four teams. They will play once against each other in the league stage. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semifinal, and the final will take place on June 14.

Notably, the regular games of the competition will be 15 overs long, while the knockouts will be 20-over contests.

In the last edition (2024) of the Indian Wheelchair Premier League, Uttarakhand Challengers, Delhi Dabang, Hyderabad Hurricane and Mumbai Titans reached the semifinal.

The final clash saw the Challengers securing a five-wicket victory over the Titans. It will be interesting to see if the Uttarakhand-based side can defend their title this year.
