Indian Wheelchair Premier League 2024: Full schedule, squads, match timings, and live-streaming details

Divyang Cricket Control Board Of India is all set to host the fifth edition of the Indian Wheelchair Premier League, starting on Wednesday, June 19. Bal Bhavan International School in Sector 12, Dwarka, will host all the games.

A total of eight teams are playing in the tournament divided into two groups of four each. Group A comprises Uttarakhand Challengers, Delhi Dabang, Haryana Yodha, and Rajasthan Kings. Group B has Mumbai Titans, Uttar Pradesh Heroes, Hyderabad Hurricane, and Madhya Pradesh Avengers. Each team will play six league games before the top two sides from both groups make it to the semi-finals.

Rahman Khan will lead Rajasthan Kings while Ramavath Koteshwar will captain Hyderabad Hurricane with Vinod Thakur taking up the captaincy duties of Haryana Yodha. Sunil Choudhary will lead Delhi Dabang.

On the other hand, Manoj Parmar will take up captaincy duties of Uttarakhand Challengers while Lalit Pathak will lead Uttar Pradesh Heroes. Ramesh Sartape and Shailendra Yadav will be captaining Mumbai Titans and Madhya Pradesh Avengers, respectively.

The grand finale is scheduled to take place on June 23. This will be an ideal platform for 120 cricketers participating in the tournament to prove their skills and stand a chance to make it to the senior team.
