KPL 2015, Match 6: Belagavi Panthers will look to continue winning streak against Rockstars

Hubballi, September 4, 2015: A big win under their belt in their opening encounter of the Karbonn Smart KPL 2015, last year finalists Belagavi Panthers will look for full points when they clash with the Rockstars on Friday evening under lights.

The Panthers’ team management should be happy with their bowlers and batsmen for the kind of victory their posted on the opening day of the League.

The bowlers were on target and the way in which Vinay and Jonathan went about achieving victory for their team, after their openers had been dismissed cheaply, bodes well for the team and bears a telling sign of confidence and determination to succeed.

While the Panthers will look to consolidate their position, it will be interesting to see how the Rockstars will fare in this contest.

Mr. Nagesh, Owner of Belagavi Panthers said that his team wouldn’t be taking it too easy, “The Rockstars have a lot of experience this time with big names in their ranks. We are happy with our performance in the last game but hope our players play a lot better in this game and win by a large margin.”

Batsmen in the Rockstars list are capable of clearing the ropes and hitting some lusty shots. With the three former cricketers, Sunil Joshi, David Johnson and C Raghu in their ranks, the bowling too looks healthy.
