Unfortunately, Sean Williams hasn’t been able to hit the consistency that was expected from him. He has natural talent with both bat and ball but is very inconsistent. It is better to not pick him at least at the start of the tournament so that you can keep an eye on his performances before taking a call for the future games.
His batting average of 33 in ODI cricket might tempt the user to have him in the side but off late, he hasn’t been consistent. He made only one half-century in the World T20 earlier this year and wasn’t effective with the ball. The fact that he costs 7500 rupees makes matters worse since you can go for some other all-rounder for a cheaper price.
