Team India’s wicket-keeping captain MS Dhoni is a doubt for the third ODI against Pakistan tomorrow in Delhi. MS complained of a sore back and revealed that Tamil-Nadu wicket-keeper Dinesh Karthik has been called up as back-up, although Dhoni will undergo a late fitness test tomorrow morning before the match.
“Nobody is irreplaceable. I am sure if Dinesh plays tomorrow, he will bat as good as I batted in the last two games,” he said.
MS Dhoni has been India’s top scorer in the series so far with scores of 113 and 54 in the first two ODI’s and is yet to get out in this series. Pakistan notched up a series win at Kolkata, after winning the second ODI of the three match series and gaining an unassailable 2-0 lead.
