A total of three Super50 Cup 2023 games were played on Wednesday, October 25. The 12th match saw Barbados beat the Windward Islands. In the 13th match, West Indies Academy defeated Jamaica convincingly whereas the 14th match between Guyana and Combined Campuses and Colleges was washed out due to rain.

After 14 matches in the tournament, the Leeward Islands are sitting at the top of the points table with 22 points to their name. The Trinidad and Tobago also have 22 points under their belt in three games but are placed second.

West Indies Academy have won one game and lost one game and follow Trinidad and Tobago in the points table. They have 14 points to their name. Below West Indies Academy sit the Guyana Harpy Eagles who have 13 points under their belt from three games.

Barbados are placed fifth in the points table, with 11 points from two fixtures. Combined Campuses and Colleges also have 11 points under their belt and follow Barbados in the points table. The Windward Islands and Jamaica are yet to win a single game in the Super50 Cup 2023 and are placed seventh and eighth respectively in the points table.

In the 12th match, the Windward Islands were asked to bat first and they posted 241 runs on the board, with Johnson Charles top-scoring with 59 at the top of the order. It was a collective effort from the Barbados bowlers, with Jomel Warrican and Roston Chase finishing with two scalps each.

Rain arrived in the innings break and the second innings was reduced to 21 overs. The revised target for Barbados was 148. Kyle Mayers, opening the batting, played a blistering knock of 107* off just 52 balls to help his side chase down the total in just 14.5 overs with eight wickets in hand.

Jamaica batted first against West Indies Academy in the 13th match of the Super50 Cup 2023. On the back of fifties from Kirk McKenzie (84) and skipper Rovman Powell (53), Jamaica posted 263 on the board. West Indies Academy picked up nine wickets in total, with Nyeem Young finishing with a fifer.

The second innings was reduced to 40 overs due to rain and the revised target, according to the DLS method, was 227. Leonardo Julien (52) and Teddy Bishop (67*) scored fifties which helped West Indies Academy ace the chase in the 38th over losing just four wickets.

The 14th match was washed out due to rain. Guyana Harpy Eagles were asked to bat first and only Tevin Imlach (80) contributed for them as the lack of contributions from the other batters resulted in them getting bundled out on 177. Each of the Combined Campuses and Colleges bowlers picked up at least a wicket.

In reply, Combined Campuses and Colleges got off to a shaky start. They were reduced to 86/5 at the end of 15 overs before rain arrived and washed out the entire game. As a result, both sides had to share points.
