While Kolkata Knight Riders have registered victory in the first game of this season’s IPL, Ganguly and co. might not be entirely pleased by their boys’ effort on the field. While fielding remains a concern, they don’t look to have solid opening partners. Manoj Tiwary looked a hurried arrangement, while Brad Hodge isn’t the first choice opener. Chris Gayle and Brendon McCullum might solve a puzzle or two when they do arrive. But, when the Knight Riders take the field to fight against the finalists of IPL-II, the Royal Challengers Bangalore they will have to solve this issue.

Will Dada try out the same pair for tomorrow’s game also? Will he make himself available to open the innings? Or, will he try to pick some new players to open the innings? Will ICL returnee, Ganapathi Vignesh stand a chance to find the opening slot vacant? Or, will it go to Chirag Pathak?
