Raina, who is currently out of the side, has been an integral part of the squad for a long period of time.
He played a huge role in India's successful 2011 World Cup campaign with a couple of match-winning performances, especially against Australia in the quarter-finals.
He has also shown his mettle in the T20 format as has proved to be one of the most successful batsmen in the shortest format of the game.
