West Indies vs Pakistan 2017, 3rd Test: Day 3, 5 talking points

Fans were treated to some had fought, yet dour cricket on Day 3 at Dominica

#4 Yasir Shah wrecks the top order

Yasir snatched three at the top before going wicketless for the rest of the day

If West Indies were critical of a pitch they won on a few days back, it was only because of the danger this man possesses on a cracking pitch. As a slower pitch awaited them at Dominica, Yasir Shah was plotting his move. After the openers had settled into a dour stand, Yasir broke through with the wicket of Powell.

He then strangled Shimron Hetmyer with a leg-side line that eventually saw him nick one into Sarfraz's hands. But the key wicket, that of Kraigg Brathwaite, came at the stroke of lunch. Yasir got the ball to pitch full and eked an edge out of a defensive Brathwaite. By lunch, West Indies had lost three and Yasir had an equal number of wickets to his name.
