Zenless Zone Zero developer HoYoverse has talked about all the bannable offenses in an official X post made on July 4, 2024. Along with the official launch of this action RPG title, the Fair Use Statement was provided by the studio, addressing everything players should avoid while playing the game. This information is also available on the title's official website.

HoYoverse has set some strict rules in place to ensure hacking isn't a problem and promotes a fair and healthy gaming environment in Zenless Zone Zero Here is what the developers mentioned in the official X post from June 4, 2024:

Any plug-in, booster, or other third-party tool that disrupts fair gameplay is strictly prohibited. The developer mentioned that it will respond to players using such means by removing the rewards they obtain this way, suspending their accounts, or even permanently banning their profiles, depending on the seriousness of the violation.
Players are also prohibited from selling, purchasing, or transferring accounts/account trading. This rule is in place to ensure the personal information of all users is safe. Players are asked not to trust any information regarding trading, sharing of accounts, or purchasing game accounts from dubious sources. HoYoverse stated that, as mentioned in the title's Terms of Services, they cannot be held responsible for any personal information leaks or damages resulting from a player's actions. Moreover, the developer can send a warning or freeze accounts involved in trading.
All unauthorized top-up methods are also out of bounds. The developer has stated that it can remove rewards claimed through unethical means, suspend an account, or even ban a profile permanently, depending on the seriousness of a violation.
