You could be the next Pep or Zizou, with EA Sports FIFA 20 Career Mode.

The selected FIFA 20 XI of players aged less than 25 years would cost approximately £ 600 million. That is way more than the funds available to the biggest clubs in the first season of EA Sports FIFA 20 Career Mode.

It would make sense to pick a couple of players you require every season, and buy accordingly. In other words, if you choose any of these teams given the budget constraints, the best option would be to rely on scouts and current players, and move out the latter every 3-4 years.

To set up your 'Dream Team' in FIFA 20 Career Mode, it would make sense, to begin with, a team that has a significant budget. Here are the clubs in FIFA 20 that have the highest funds at their disposal (above £ 100 million).

# 1: Manchester City - £167,020,320

Playing with City will mean that you'd have Leroy Sane, Gabriel Jesus and Phil Foden

With Manchester City, you'd have access to not only significant funds, but also young potentially world-class players aged below 25 like Phil Foden (OVR 77), Gabriel Jesus (83) along with Leroy Sane.

You could also potentially gain lots of funds by selling players like Kun Aguero, David Silva and a few of the other senior players for good prices to be able to afford some of the new young players.

# 2: Manchester United - £167,488,480

Playing with Manchester United in FIFA 20 Career Mode will give you access to Marcus Rashford, and a lot of other young players.

Anthony Martial (83), Mason Greenwood (71), Scott McTominay (78), Angel Gomes (68), Axel Tuanzebe (74), Diogo Dalot (75), Daniel James (77), Aaron Wan-Bissaka (81), Victor Lindelof (81), Eric Bailly (80), Timothy Fosu-Mensah (72) and Luke Shaw (79) are all below 25 years of age.

You could potentially sell Paul Pogba, and buy Kylian Mbappe with that money. Given that United's budget is already £167 million when starting, you could potentially snap up Jadon Sancho as well.

# 3: PSG - £120,404,000

Managing PSG has its perks. Along with Mbappe, you'd have Neymar (above) as well.

As the PSG boss, you will gain access to the best young player in the world, Kylian Mbappe.

You will also be managing youngsters like Presnel Kimpembe (82), Abdou Diallo (80) and Thilo Kehrer (79), who could all potentially grow into the late 80s in rating.

Not to forget that another elite player, would also be at your disposal - the one and only Brazilian, Neymar.

# 4: Bayern Munich - £124,537,000

Bayern Munich seems to be a great choice in terms of starting your Career Mode in FIFA 20. Not only would you have Niklas Sule already in your team, the pool of young players available is as good as it gets.

The Bavarian giants would also give you access to two 24-year-old World Cup winners in Benjamin Pavard (80) and Lucas Hernandez (84), who were both starters for France at the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Bayern also have the left-winger who has been converted into a left-back this season, Alphonso Davies (77). The 19-year-old Canadian is expected to grow to 88 in FIFA 20.

# 5: Juventus (Piemonte Calcio) - £103,806,000

Hard to turn down an opportunity to manage Juventus, who have a certain Cristiano Ronaldo around

Piemonte Calcio (Juventus) is very thin in terms of youth players barring Matthijs de Ligt. The other notable youth players in the team are Rodrigo Bentancur (80) and Merih Demiral (77).

However, you would have a certain Cristiano Ronaldo. So anything else may not matter.

# 6: Barcelona - £169,074,000

Just like Juventus, it may be hard to not choose Barcelona, with Lionel Messi being there

With Barcelona, comes the second-highest budget in FIFA 20, and Frenkie de Jong. You will also have access to Clement Lenglet (86), Arthur (85) and Ousmane Dembele (83).

However, just like the case with picking Piemonte Calcio (Juventus), you'd have access to an all-time great in Lionel Messi. So everything else could potentially be ignored.

Ansu Fati is a player to keep an eye out for if squads are updated before kicking off Career Mode.

# 7: Real Madrid - £169,610,000

Real Madrid are the team with the access to the most funds at the start of FIFA 20 Career Mode.

The Galacticos have Federico Valverde (82), Vinícius Jr. (79), Luka Jović (82), Éder Militão (81), Marco Asensio (82), Rodrygo (78) and Reinier (72).

What should be your approach?

The choice is yours. There is one potential approach that can be called the Monopoly Approach or Money Approach. Other common paths taken by FIFA players are as follows:

# 1: Favourite team

Retain star players, and build around them. FIFA 20 is played by a lot of people who stay true to their loyalties. They end up buying players to simulate the "what if" cases.

# 2: Grow a team

Players like to pick teams from the lower divisions, bring them up to the top leagues, and eventually make them win all trophies and titles.

# 3: Global Manager

Some FIFA 20 players do not commit to clubs. They aim to win all trophies in one country, and once those objectives are achieved, they move on to conquer leagues in other countries.
