Is Level Zero: Extraction available for PS4 and Xbox One?

No, Level Zero: Extraction is currently unavailable for PS4 and Xbox One. The developers have promised the completed version of the game for PS4. However, there is no official confirmation of the game on Xbox One. Currently, the final build of the game is slated for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, PC, iOS, and Android.

The game's official Steam page states that the extraction shooter is in an Early Access phase. Level Zero: Extraction is currently playable on PC, but the developers will continue to release new patches to fix any bugs and glitches with the help of player feedback.
