Carlotta is an upcoming 5-star Resonator in Wuthering Waves. Kuro Games has confirmed that she will be released in version 2.0, making her one of the first playable characters from Rinascita. Japanese voice actor for Carlotta in Wuthering Waves revealed

The official Japanese X account of Wuthering Waves has revealed Carlotta's voice actor in the Japanese dub. According to the post, Kana Ueda will voice the second daughter of the esteemed Montelli family. She is a fairly popular seiyuu in the anime industry and has lent her voice to some of the most iconic anime and video game characters.

As mentioned, Carlotta is the second daughter of the esteemed Montelli family in Rinascita. According to the official post on X, she "embodies innate nobility and a refined appreciation for art" and is an elegant young lady thanks to her lineage. However, that does not stop her from addressing troubles behind the scenes to ensure her family's future.

Kuro Games has confirmed that Carlotta is a 5-star character and will be released in Wuthering Waves 2.0, which will go live on January 2, 2025. Her drip marketing post also shows her holding a Pistol, and one of the early Rinascita posts revealed an ice Musket, suggesting that Carlotta might be a Pistol user with a Glacio Attribute. Note that this is merely speculation.
