The hotfix patch was primarily targeted towards fixing the bugs and issues faced by players on the newly launched map, Train. Counter-Strike's newly revamped fan-favorite map was released into the game's live build on November 14, 2024, and there has been a wave of player reports that indicated the severe collision issues present in it.

Hitboxes for trains, players, and other deployables in the game were seemingly bugged, and with the latest hotfix update by Valve, these issues have been quickly addressed and fixed.

Furthermore, alongside Train, Overpass has also received quite a major rework and has been released into the game's map pool with the November 14 update. Naturally, with these changes, there were minor bugs that were left unattended during its release. The latest hotfix patch addresses these issues, including the lighting and footstep bug prevalent within the map's bomb sites.
