The Radiant side always had an upper edge in the last patch compared to Dire. It was clear by the overall win percentage of teams getting the Radiant side. Valve has clearly addressed that fact and has made necessary changes to bring the balance to a neutral stand point.

The safelane hard camp position and the terrain has been adjusted perhaps to make it equally difficult to pull and stack as the Dire camp, Radiant middle tower has two layers of trees behind it which makes it very difficult for the mid laners to farm without having to tango our use quelling blade on them, Dire neutral spawn boxes are adjusted which make them easier to pull or stack and Tier 2 middle tower of Radiant has been shifted to the left, removing vision on the big camp in the jungle.

These changes have certainly nerfed the Radiant side by a bit and will have an impact on the win rate of the side. There were a lot of complaints about the Dire neutral camps which have been tweaked too.
