We've all dreamt of becoming a Pokemon master in our childhood. Pokemon is one of the shows that every one of us enjoyed greatly when we were kids. So, if you happen to fall under this category, then we have a piece of great news for you.

Last year we all were fascinated with Pokemon Go. Yet, it did not match the expectations of many. But after yesterday's Pokemon conference, it seems like our childhood dream is going to be brought to life in the virtual world of Pokemon Masters.

According to the press conference held by the Pokemon Company, they are working on releasing a new game named Pokemon Masters on both Android and iOS platforms. And the best part is, the game is scheduled for a 2019 release!

The game will allow the players to play with all their beloved characters, gym trainers and the famous personalities of the game. So expect to see Brock, Misty, Cynthia, Lance, Red, Steven Stone and even Professor Oak in the game.

From the little footage released of the game so far, it exhibited a 3v3 battle mode where the trainer uses Pikachu as one of them. Pikachu has 2 abilities and 2 vacant spaces with the potential to learn more abilities. The player will also be able to interact with the other two players they're playing with.

The official Pokemon twitter handle also revealed the idea which led to the development of Pokemon Masters. They revealed that the original idea was from Ken Sugimori who wanted to battle with all the trainers of the past.

Thats all we know so far from the Pokemon Press Conference. Although this alone is a big announcement for the Pokemon fans, there's plenty more to come. They have announced Pokemon Home, Pokemon Sleep and further news regarding Pokemon Go. It does seem like Pokemon fans are in for a real treat. Exciting times ahead!
