These players would have a dip in their ratings

#4 David Luiz

Chelsea v Watford - Premier League
Luiz was part of the PFA Team Of The Year last season

David Luiz's Premier League career has been up and down a lot more than he would've asked for. After signing for a reported £25 million fee from Benfica, Luiz settled in nicely into a Chelsea team in transition.

He even scored against both the Manchester clubs in his first season at the club. Then came the mistakes, a lot of them, and eventually Luiz was sold to Paris Saint-Germain for double the amount of money.

Chelsea fans thought they had seen the last of Luiz until last year in a state of panic, the transfer gurus at Chelsea brought Luiz to London once again.

Fan's were angry, experts were amused but for the second time around, Luiz shone for the blues, finding himself in the PFA team of the year at the end of the season.

It seems like Luiz's career is going in circles. There are extreme highs followed by extreme lows and this season was another low point for the Brazilian.

Luiz struggled from the start and lost his place in the team midway through the season, after a bust-up with manager Conte.

Luiz was rated 86 at the beginning of FIFA 18, an overall which is bound to take a tumble with the release of the newest edition.
