The FIFA 19 Team of the Week is one of the highly anticipated moments for a gamer. The players who performed brilliantly well in the gameweek get a special card, also known as the in-form card, which has their stats boosted based.
These cards usually see the top players get an even better rating making them the must-have card. For example, if Messi scores a hat-trick, he is bound to get a TOTW card. The Argentine, who is already rated at 94 in the game, will see his TOTW card ratings his 95 or even 96!
Today, we take a look at the players who should make the FIFA TOTW Gameweek 17:
#3 – Santi Cazorla
From being told that it would be a miracle if he could walk again to scoring two goals vs Real Madrid for his boyhood. Santi Cazorla has come a long way and has to be the first name in the TOTW this week.
The Spaniard opened the scoring for Villarreal vs Los Blancos in the 4th minute and then scored the equalizer as well in the 82nd minute. He was the best player in the pitch and helped the Yellow Submarine snatch a point from the game.
Santi's base card stands at 80 in FIFA 19 right now but he has two special cards to his name in Ultimate Team. He has an 83-rated TOTW card already and also a FUTMAS card that stands at 85.
Should he make it to this week's team, the new card is very likely to be rated at 84. Apart from his pace, which is likely to be 61, all his stats are perfect for a defensive midfielder you need in your team.

#2 – Willian Jose
From one player who scored vs Real Madrid to the other. Willian Jose enjoyed a good game at Bernabeu over the weekend and the Real Sociedad striker is leading the charts to make it to the FIFA 19 Team of the Week.
The gameweek was easily one of his best performances and scoring & assisting vs Madrid only makes things better for him. The striker isn't someone who is very popular in the game but his TOTW card might be of interest to a lot of people.
His base card is at 83 and thus, his TOTW card will very likely be at 84 or 85. Though not many will use him in their team, a cheap TOTW card that is at a good rating is always in demand.
He will be very useful for the SBCs that require a TOTW card and the good rating will help as well.
#1 – Leroy Sane
Leroy Sane has to be in the team of the week even if EA are not counting Manchester City's match vs Rotherham United. Many suggest that the TOTW is decided only on league games and not cup matches so, Sane's performance vs Liverpool will be the only one considered.
The German winger was brilliant after coming on Rotherham United in the FA Cup as well but his goal in the game might not be considered at all. However, his impressive game vs Liverpool should be enough to earn him a place in the XI.
Sane's base card is at 86 and his two special card – UCL and TOTW – are rated at 87. So, this week, should he make it, his rating will be 88. With a pace of 97 at least and shooting at 85, he is going to be one of the most sort-after players this week.
