Another gameweek has come and gone and all the matches from the top 5 European leagues are over. Some stellar performances were on display and now EA are putting together the list of 21 to make the Team of the Week.

We take a look at the 3 players who are going to have the best cards in this week's team:

#3 – David De Gea

Starting off with the best performance of the week – David de Gea. The Manchester United goalkeeper was easily the best player of the week with 11 saves vs Tottenham Hotspur.

The Spaniard had a very busy 2nd half and was the sole reason for United to walk away with all three points. Marcus Rashford did score the goal but if it wasn't for the heroics of De Gea, the Red Devils would have dropped points for sure.

De Gea has not been at his best this season but is still one of the best and most sort-after shot-stoppers in the game. Not so surprisingly, he has not got a Team of the Week card and this will be his first one in FIFA 19.

He does have 3 other cards, apart from his base card at 91. Two cards at 92 – UCL card and RTTF card – and also a stunning 97 rated Team of the Year card. Many argued if he deserved it but the fact that he has one will not change whatsoever.

His TOTW card is expected to be at 93 – just one above his UCL and RTTF cards. However, if EA are generous enough and consider that his performance was something that will not be repeated by him or any other keeper, they might push him to 94 as well.

#2 – Luis Suarez

It was a very entertaining gameweek in LaLiga and all the matches were very close. Barcelona, however, continued to excel and kept their lead on top of the table.

Eibar were no match for the Catalan giants and they were defeated 3-0 at Camp Nou. Luis Suarez scored twice with Lionel Messi notching one in between.

The Uruguayan striker already has 3 special cards and a base card in Ultimate Team and this week's card will be his 4th. The base card stands at 91 with a TOTW card & a UCL card at 92. The other card is a RTTF one which has a rating of 93.

This week's card will also be at 93 and will have the same stats as his RTTF. If you are looking to invest in him, getting his RTTF card will be very expensive and it would be best to go for the new TOTW or grab his existing 92-rated cards that sell around 375k coins.

#1 – Gabriel Jesus

Sergio Aguero was carrying a knock and that made Pep Guardiola hand in a rare Premier League start to Gabriel Jesus. Manchester City's Brazilian striker did not disappoint and took the opportunity with both hands.

Jesus scored twice and that sealed the win for Manchester City against Wolverhampton. An own goal by Wolves' Conor Coady made it 3-0 but it was Jesus' goals that helped the Cityzens pick up the win over the side that they drew against earlier in the season.

This week's card will be Jesus' 3rd special and 2nd TOTW card. His base card is at 83, UCL card at 84 and the other TOTW card at 85. His new TOTW card will easily be higher than the previous one and thus, it will be at 86.

Many opt to play him as a midfielder in the game and that has become sort of a trend too. With his new 86 rated card, a lot more people will be looking to squeeze him into the midfield.
