Juventus are on a roll this season. They are unstoppable in Serie A and have done extremely well in Champions League as well.

While a lot of it is down to Cristiano Ronaldo and other top players in the team, there have been a few who have not really managed to step up this season. These players have been highly rated in the game and have done very little to justify their rating.

Here are three Juventus players who will get a downgrade:

#1 – Leonardo Bonucci

From Juventus to AC Milan and Back to Juventus. Leonardo Bonucci has been on the move in the last two summer transfer windows. And it has surely taken a huge toll on him.

The Italian defender has been a shadow of himself for the past 2 seasons and it is a surprise that he is still rated very highly in FIFA 19. The 31-year-old has a base rating of 86 in the game and looking all the other defenders rated in the same category, he is certainly the odd man out.

With the rating refresh set to take place, EA have a huge opportunity at correcting this. The Juventus star does not deserve a rating of anything more than 83. They need to give him a push of -3 and put him on par with the likes of David Luiz and Antonio Valencia.

While his pace, shooting, passing and physical stats are not too high and actually reflect his on-field performances. However, the same cannot be said about his dribbling, and defending stats.

At 71 dribbling and 87 defending, Bonucci is just over-rated in the game. These stats need to come down to 65 and 82 respectively.

#2 – Douglas Costa

With Cristiano Ronaldo in the team now, it would have been a miracle for any of the Juventus forwards to steal the limelight. It was expected that the likes of Douglas Costa and Juan Cuadrado to go unnoticed but the performances of the Brazilian have been way below par.

The winger has lost his place in the starting XI and has become a 2nd half substitute. Even when he is playing so little, he has not managed to do anything special or put in an extra effort.

Rated at 86 in FIFA 19, it is very clear that his ratings are way more than what they should be. A push down to 84 or even 83 is needed and it will be a surprise if EA do not downgrade him in the winter rating refresh.

While it's difficult to argue on what stats EA should downgrade, it's clear that he does not deserve an overall rating of 86.

#1 – Sami Khedira

Another player who is on a downward spiral is Sami Khedira. The German midfielder has not managed to impress one bit this season and has become a benchwarmer.

His tackling, passing and defensive contributions have decreased drastically despite being a defensive midfielder. He has lost his place to Bentancur and it won't be a big surprise if EA give him a downgrade in the winter rating refresh.

Rated at 85 in FIFA 19, Khedira has done very little to justify those ratings. Apart from his pace stats of 57, nothing else actually reflects his on-field performances.

His shooting of 76, passing of 80, dribbling of 78, defending of 81 and even the physical of 85 are way more than what he should be happening. He deserves a push down to 82 or 83 overall with his defending stats coming down to 80.
