#2 – Emerson
Emerson might have not played a lot but he has shown his qualities when given a chance. The Italian is slowly making the left-back slot his own and Chelsea fans are happy that he has put in that effort.
In FIFA 19, he is rated at just 76 – a huge mistake by EA. They had a glorious chance to push him to 80 at least but did not do it for some reason.
#1 – Callum Hudson-Odoi
Everyone in the world has understood Callum Hudson-Odoi's potential but not the ones at EA. Not only was he ignored during the Future Stars promo, but he was also not even given an upgrade during the Winter Refresh.
He is rated at just 68 and EA just did not bother giving him a push. He deserves to be having a 74 rated card at least and also a Future Stars card at 89.
