#2 – Romelu Lukaku
Romelu Lukaku's signing was seen as the best one United made in the attacking front since the signing of Anthony Martial. The Belgian was highly rated during his time at Chelsea and Everton, and it was no surprise that United had to splash out over £75M to get him.
Rated at 87 in FIFA 19, Lukaku has not lived up to the expectation and deserves to be downgraded to 85 at least in FIFA 20.
#1 – David De Gea
Last season was easily David De Gea's worst season ever, and it was a shock to everyone. The Spanish's woeful time started at the World Cup and did not end until the end of the season.
Rated at 91, De Gea is also in line for a downgrade and could end up seeing his rating drop to 88 in FIFA 20.
