Why Manchester United gave Chris Smalling a new contract last month will forever remain a mystery. The Englishman has been at his worst this season and one of the main reasons why United have failed to keep clean sheets this season.

Smalling, along with Jones, has been a bigger threat for De Gea this season than any of the opponents. They are making mistake after mistake and United fans want the club to sell the duo as soon as possible.

The former Blackburn defender has an 81 rated base card in FUT 19 and it is surely going to be downgraded. While a huge downgrade isn't expected, it would be ideal to see him come down to 80 or 79 at least.

Not many use him in their ultimate teams and he is often not even in anyone's squad. Even for those who have just begun playing FUT, Smalling isn't a choice and is often benched.
