Genshin Impact has released a new web event called the Urgent Orders featuring the upcoming 5-star character Xilonen. During the event, you must help the master craftsperson forge a few items by interacting with different objects and gathering inspiration. Completing the event will reward you with several in-game items, such as Primogems and character level-up materials. You can view them by clicking on the Order List (paper icon) at the top of the screen. Once you've got enough inspiration, click on the forging table to complete the commission before accepting another.
