In Marvel Rivals' Season 1, players can explore a brand-new map inspired by Dr. Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum. Along with this iconic location, the season will introduce additional maps, including Midtown and Central Park. Characters from the Fantastic Four universe will also join the hero roster to combat the growing threats in the game world.

A trailer showcasing Dr. Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum map has been released, revealing key details. The location is the base of operations for the Sorcerer Supreme and has been reimagined in Marvel Rivals as a uniquely bizarre map.

The Sanctum Sanctorum map features a dark, gritty atmosphere in line with the Eternal Night theme of Season 1. The trailer highlights a variety of combat settings, from open areas like the Stairway POI to more confined spaces like the Dining Hall POI, ensuring a mix of combat scenarios for players.

The Sanctum Sanctorum map is filled with strange elements, such as a floating library and a refrigerator inhabited by a squid-like creature. The trailer also teases numerous Easter eggs, including a portrait of Benedict Wong as a sorcerer, a scene featuring Bats, Dr. Strange's pet, and an entire pathway leading through the mysterious Mirror Dimension.
