Pokemon Go: New Gen 4 Pokemon's released along with Palkia raid

Pokemon Go has added a few more Pokemon to the game. After releasing Palkia raid recently the game is preparing for the next phase.

Palkia is a legendary Pokemon who is the creator of space and can manipulate it according to his will. His counterpart Dialga is yet to appear in the game. The raid started on 29 January and will run till 28 February.

Now Niantic has come ahead and released a bunch of new pokemon and evolutions. Combee, Glameow, Shieldon, and Cranidos have been added to the game.

You can now also evolve Lickitung, Tangela, Aipom, and Yanma into their respective evolutions Lickilicky, Tangrowth, Ambipom, and Yanmega. Furthermore, male Kirlia can be evolved into Galade while female Snorunt can be evolved into Froslass.

You can now also hatch Bonsly, Hapiny and Mime Jr. from the eggs. These pokemon can be evolved via basic evolution or Sinnoh Stone.

Palkia is a water Dragon pokemon which will spawn near water bodies. However, you need to defeat it in a raid boss battle in order to capture it. Raid battles are held in the gym and in order to enter a raid battle you need a raid pass.

Since Palkia is a dragon pokemon it's weak against Fairy type(1.4x) and Dragon-type(1.4x) itself. It's strong against Steel, Fire and Water type. Overall it's a fantastic Pokemon and a powerhouse.

Now that Palkia has been released in the game expect Dialga to be released soon as well. Like Palkia is responsible for creating space Dialga is the creator of time. Dialga is Steel/Dragon type and similar to Palkia is a powerhouse.

These two round up the Pearl and Diamond version of the game as they are the main focus on either series. Get your hands on Palkia before February and prepare for more Raids which are coming soon.
