Predicting FIFA 18's top rated ISL midfielders from the current roster

In all likelihood, FIFA 18 will feature teams from the Indian Super League

#1 Florent Malouda – 73 overall predicted rating

Florent Malouda
Malouda was the captain of Delhi Dynamos

Florent Malouda may now be a footballing senior citizen at the ripe old age of 36, but he remains one of the best midfielders to have played in the ISL. The former France international played in two European Championships as well as a couple of FIFA World Cups, even reaching the final in 2006.

The Frenchman was also part of dominant Chelsea team which won the Champions League in 2012.

The former Chelsea player was signed for the Roberto Carlos-managed Delhi Dynamos in August 2015 as their marquee player. He won the Hero of the Championship award in the 2016 season of the ISL for his dominating displays in the Dynamos’ attack with three goals and five assists.

Thanks to Malouda’s contributions, the Delhi side also scored the most goals and had the most shots on target, making them the best attacking team in the league.

The attacking midfielder’s last rating on FIFA was 77 back in FIFA 15, where he was in Ligue 1 side, Lyon. Malouda is expected to be by far the best player on ISL roster in the next instalment of FIFA as his quality persists in spite of his advancing years. Expect him to be rated somewhere around 73 or 74 in FIFA 18.
