Here is a guide you can utilize to complete the Dawn of a New Day mission in Stalker 2 without any hiccups:

• Interact with the NPC (Non-player character) named Powerplug to get your hands on the Control Emitter. At the end of the conversation, this NPC will direct you to the Promin Factory to get a device that must be used with the Control Emitter.

• The Promin Factory is located across the Rostok Depot to the Southwest. However, it is well-guarded, so you should be prepared to participate in gunfights. Stocking up on healing items and proper weapons is required to infiltrate this area.
• You must get to an underground laboratory through a hole present at the center of the crater in the region. Make sure to check your surroundings when heading over to this spot to avoid taking unnecessary damage.

• When you head inside, you will need to eliminate a few monsters and make your way to a locked door. Here, you will gain a new set of objectives to start the generator and find the code for the locked door.
• You can find the generator switch inside the room with orange walls. Once this terminal is activated, you must hold your ground against mutants that come out of a different unlocked door.

• Get through the unlocked door and turn to the left side to reveal a ladder. Climb up this ladder and make your way inside the room that has a door with red handles. Here, you will find a tape on the table, which you must pick up. The tape can be spotted easily as it is present on the side of a corpse on the tablet with a lamp.
• You can then open the door to the left and make your way to the last room on the right. A mutant will be present in this area and you must defeat it. Once the cleanup is complete, interact with the locked door and enter the code “1976” to open it.

• The unlocked door will provide you access to the device that needs to be coupled with the Control Emitter. Place the item on the spot by interacting with the device present at the center. It will look like a pedestal with a gap where the Emitter fits perfectly.
• You can then start making your way out of the Promin Factory. You will encounter more monsters on the way out and will eventually fight against some guards.
• After you make it out alive of the factory, the Dawn of a New Day mission in Stalker 2 will be completed.
