The Outer World an upcoming hardcore single player RPG by Obsidian Entertainment is one of the most highly anticipated games of this year and new details are continuously emerging about the game from Fallout New Vegas developer.

Discovered first by "Dark Side of Gaming" the release date of the game was seen in SteamDB entry which was quickly taken of course but the hawk-eyed people managed to catch a date.

Yes, it's sooner than you think. It's coming 6 August 2019, which is just 6 months away. This definitely means that the game is in its final stage of development. This is incredible news for the fans of the single role-playing games as there hasn't been a single game in recent years that have been true to the genre.

The Outer Worlds as promised is a story-driven RPG with choice and consequences. NPC's can die as well as your companions can leave you and never come back if you don't listen to them.

The Outer Worlds pre-order bonuses or different editions haven't been announced yet though E3 2019 might seem to be perfect for such announcements.

The Outer Worlds just like Fallout New Vegas can be played from a third person as well as first-person perspective where you can switch between the two on the go.

The Outer World gameplay will consist of ranged as well as melee combat with the melee options giving you sick looking weapons such as scythe which was shown in the gameplay trailer.

The Outer Worlds is scheduled to release on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
